Black House Old School After Party
After the reunion homecoming game, alumni come together to dance, reconnect and share memories with current students. Desserts and beverages are served while swaying to the hits of every era. This event is co-sponsored with the Black Community Services Center.
When Stanford athletics earn entry to a national title game, Stanford’s Black alumni follow them. During these events, the SNBAA plans activities to help alumni enjoy the festivities. From tailgates and parties to bus shuttles and hotel blocks, SNBAA events help Black alumni come together from all over the country and across classes to cheer our teams to victory.
Beyond the Farm
Beyond the Farm seeks to extend Stanford’s spirit of service to communities around the world through the volunteer efforts of alumni, family and friends. Each year, a Saturday in May is dedicated for our day of service. The Stanford Black Alumni Association has taken the lead in sponsoring service projects to benefit our communities. During the past couple of years, nearly 20% of all Beyond the Farm projects have been organized by Black alumni. This is a major initiative for our organization and all alumni are encouraged to organize and/or participate in a Beyond the Farm service project.
